FAQ

  • Are these dishwasher/microwave safe?
Yes! All items are dishwasher, microwave, and oven safe.

  • How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based upon the weight of the item and distance from Maine. If an individual purchases several items, this could make the shipping more expensive.

  • What types of items do you make?
Mugs, Bowls, and Chip and Dips are my primary items. Other items I make include Vases, Utensil Holders, Soup Bowls, Platters, Baking Dishes, and Flower Pots.

  • Do you take custom orders?
Yes! I can fulfill custom orders on items that I usually make (previous FAQ) with colors/glazes that I have in stock. There may be a small charge added for custom orders, depending on the size. Please contact me with your request: Bethanythompson@rsu67.org

  • How often do you make new products?
I work as a school social worker, so from September to June I only throw pottery on the weekends or after school and typically have new items available every 3 - 4 weeks. In the summer I throw pottery more often, so turn-around time in the summer is 2 - 3 weeks.

  • Where are you located? Where can I see your pottery in-person?
I am a Maine-based artist. You can find my pottery at craft shows - I attend anywhere from 8 - 15 craft shows and fairs throughout the year - or in local shops around Maine. I am currently in 3 Shops in Maine -
    1. Maine Jewelry and Art - 100 Harlow Street, Bangor, Maine and online at https://mainejewelryart.square.site/
    2. A Little Mad - 15 Cottage Street, Bar Harbor, Maine and online at https://www.shopalittlemad.com/

    • Are you interested in being part of any new shops?
Yes! Feel free to send me a message if you are looking for functionally fun pottery for your shop or store location.
